We take your health and safety very seriously, and here are some of the measures we have taken to protect you. Guests should be confident that our home has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.

General Precautions

• During your stay, all guests are expected to take safety precautions while in public such as social distancing, wearing face masks, and frequent hand washing.
• Ventilation is provided between stays by opening windows and doors as much and for as long as possible.
• Cleaning and disinfectant materials are provided for your use in the home.

Cleaning and Disinfecting

• Entire living area of the home is dusted from floor to ceiling including the trim and all flat surfaces. After a thorough initial dusting, all flat surfaces are wiped down using a standard cleaner or disinfectant.
• All light switches, doorknobs, remotes, and other tactile surfaces are wiped down and disinfected.
• Kitchen: All trash and food items are removed, and all appliances, cabinets, and counter tops are thoroughly wiped down inside and out. Then a disinfectant is used on every surface.
• Bathroom: Every surface including the shower, toilet and sink are initially wiped down and then thoroughly disinfected.
• Rugs and furniture are vacuumed, as appropriate.
• Floors are thoroughly swept, vacuumed, and/or mopped.
